6^th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025 OF ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION (SINGAPORE) 

Notice is hereby given that the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Association of Women in Construction (Singapore) will be held in person. 

Date: Tuesday, 6^th May 2025  

Time: 7.00pm to 8.00pm 

Venue: 28 Sin Ming Ln, #04-131 Midview City, Singapore 573972 (AWiCS’s Secretariat Office)

The agenda of the 6^th AGM meeting is as follows: 

1. Welcome address by the President. 
2. To receive and adopt the minutes of the 5^th AGM held on 18^th April 2024.  
3. To receive and adopt the 2024 Annual Report.  
4. To receive and adopt the Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2024  
5. To consider any other business of which at least seven (7) clear days' notice has been given to the Secretary.  
6. Change of Constitution (Refer to ANNEX B) 
7. Election for Council Members (Term 2025 –2027) 
8. Appointment of Honorary Auditors
